I think about all the dietpill offers that are out there trying to make everyone look and feel great with the magic cure. Well is there really a magic cure or is the answer simply getting up and going for a walk every day? If you have the energy to go the store or get online and get a pill that you think is going to make all that fat go away, maybe you should rethink your strategy for weight loss. Although diet pills will “assist” in helping you lose weight, you must have an exercise and food plan to go along with that magic little pill.

For holiday gifts we always think of getting something for everyone no matter how small of big. Usually for my dad we get some kind of pocket watch or wrist watch like one of these Oceanus watches we have been looking at for this years gift. Not that we are not creative of anything but we haven’t quite figured my Dad out yet. Besides every year he loves what we get him and it’s easy for us to get the same thing. Maybe this year we will switch it up a little though!

This morning we put everything in our inventory on sale so there is a ton of brand new items that we are going to be getting rid of at a huge discount. We had been holding off on starting this huge sale to see if there would be any pick up in the economy after the election but nothing around our area has changed enough for us to keep holing on to the same inventory for such a long time. Besides who doesn’t love a good sale? I’m sure that with huge discounts comes huge sales and this bit of time that all the shops are going through here we could use a ton of sales right about now.
If there was a way that we could get our items to you as fast as this Buy.com video on YouTube, now that would be something. While your there comment on my comment and make your own comment!! its under my name “SantanaBourdeau”!

At this point in the day I wish I had a little pick me up to keep me going super strong while I get to blogging. I used to have the energy to go all day and half the night but as the age goes up so does the early fatigue. Taking energy pills is one way that I like to keep the energy up along with a good energy drink. It’s always a long day around here. To keep up the strength for chasing around the kids and all hte responsibilities plus making time to blog on top of that I suggest Lab88. Being creative when you have something to say is important. One way to get the word out about what you are doing is to use promotional items that everyone can carry, share and or offer to someone else as like a sort of business card. These days just handing someone a business card is sometimes not enough. You want to be able to give out something that is going to leave a lasting, in your face reminder that you have something to offer them. Think of meeting someone at a demonstration and you want the lasting impression to be stuck in their heads for days even weeks to come. One way to do that is with something like promotional bags or even a pen that they will use over and over again. That is the way to keep your business or products right in the face of the receiver and everyone they come in contact with.

We are on vacation and I had to come to Bahamas Coffee House for internet. I wanted to get some work done before we really started vacation and I didn’t get to finish before we left the house. I figured that we would have time on the way up here since I wasn’t the one drivinng but again no time was available. So here I sit at one of these really cool coffee tables with a triple shot of espresso finishing up the 3 days worth of work that I had to do three days ago. Exciting isn’t it!?!?! Pretty soon these people are going to get mad at me for mooching off their internet I’m sure but hey I am paying for these $12 coffees right .. the least they could do is hook me up with a little free internet. Heheh … I think this internet is free for anyone that wants to use it … I’m just kidding about the mooching. This really is a cool place. I can’t wait to come back again tomorrow and the next day and the next day to get some more of their awesome food!!

Unless that horse has several custom saddles that don’t seem to come with seat belts. Thinking back to the days when we had several horses to take care of and what made us get rid of them I was kind of feeling bad using my glue stick today. Joking!! I was thinking that if we would have kept the horses and not had to get rid of them that I would have more to do right now then what I am concentrating on. Thats a scary thought since I do so much now that I hardly have time to sit down and take a breath. If it wasn’t for that horse throwing me off and me getting injured I think today would be so much different that it is. Who knows .. maybe things would be exactly the same.
