Getting out of debt has been a very real priority for us over these past few months. We want to buy a home and this will be our first home. Buying your first home is a real treat and a hassle at the same time. We deal with our debt relief program on a daily basis trying to get out of the hole that we dug for ourselves when we were young and full of in-experience. Taking this debt thing pretty seriously we have drastically reduced our debt to income ratio over the last year or so. Over the past few months we have gone from a credit score of under 500 to over 600. Now it is time to go way back into debt with the purchase of a home. Now all we need to do is figure out where we are going to but it.

Every time I am looking for a pair of scissors I swear that every pair in the house are missing without leave. Why do we need so many safety cutters in the house anyway? There must be at least 17 pairs of scissors in the house right now and I bet if I got up and searched the house I wouldn’t be able to find one pair.
It’s a real shame that only I can put thing back where they go. When you use something do you put it back where you got it so the next person or the next time it is needed it can be found? I bet you don’t! I’m going to make everyone in the house do the right thing and put things away somehow. Even if it kills me!

There are so many people every day that check into drug rehabs and even rich and famous people are not immune from the effects of drugs. If you look at the growth of drug rehabilitation over the last few years I would bet it is safe to say that investing in one or a few of these centers would have made you a ton of money by now. They are not for profit in most cases so the end result of getting into the drug rehabilitation business would have made quite a few investors some serious loot by now! We have been looking into stocks and things that we can invest some money in and are seriously thinking about a drug rehab. Maybe one that actually will work for these people so they don’t have to keep coming back on a relapse.

So we have been dieting and exercising on the treadmill for a few weeks now and the weight seems to be coming off ever so slowly. I even upped the time that I spend on the treadmill by a few minutes each time so that I sweat out more and more every time. It seems to be working but I want a little more noticeable results that what I have thus far. Maybe I need more of a workout besides the treadmill? I’m going to try a few things in changing up the routine and see how that works.

I was thinking about all of the websites that we have and all of the blogs that we each author. That really got me thinking about something. Should we be allowed to franchise our websites? Create an online franchise of websites that we can sell off and have other people manage? That would make this whole management thing a ton easier. I spend a good deal of time creating content and managing the layouts of so many sites that I would welcome some help if I could still keep the profit coming in. I haven’t done any research on this to date but I think in my spare time I will find out if this is legal and even possible. I think I would have to count on others to keep up their end of things. But if they are making money and doing something they love I don’t see why they wouldn’t want to get involved in this experience!

When you get in to Las Vegas and you are standing at the luggage carousel waiting to see if your bag made it with you, how do you know which one is yours? Rimowa has the answer you are looking for here. Unique and stand outish styles of luggage. That is what you need to survive in this huge city. I have been to the air port enough to know that people leave there disappointed that someone else is walking out with their vacation clothes because they mistakenly took the wrong bag. It happens, and it happens more times than you think. I would go for having the most trashy looking bags on the round about but then again I like style so maybe not. Either way I always struggle to be the first one there to get my luggage and protect it!

We went to Fry’s a few days ago to look at the new laptops and printers. I have been hounded to get a new printer for printing photos for a few months. While I was there I wanted to check out the barebones computer section. I love seeing whta goes into my computer. We have put together a few really nice computers over the years. One that we have not done is an iMac like computer. Im really considering taking the 32″ monitor I have collecting dust and turning that into an iMac like box. That would be an interesting and confusing project but I am sure that I can pull it off. After all we did build a mobile computer for the van that fits in the glove box and the one that we put in the kids room is so small and compact that they can’t even find where we hid it. I guess they could trace the wires right … wrong … all wireless .. everything. Except the power. But thats also hidden.
