I swear when you need something to write with in this house you have to have a tracking system to find anything. We have 10 million pens around here and not one of them can be found. When is the day going to come when someone puts a tracker in a pen? Maybe something that when you clap the pen sings or something. There has to be a way to keep the writing utensils in this house in one general area. When I need to write something down I need to write it NOW and not in 45 minutes when I have forgotten half the message and am all fired up from searching for a simple pen.

Dad got a new plasma TV and wants now to put it on the wall. I think it looks great where it is but I see the desire to put it up out of the little ones reach. I tried to explain that they make a plasma tv mount for the wall that he can hide all the wires and stuff. No one really listens to me though about electronics stuff. Maybe they think I don’t know what I am talking about. We will see in a few weeks when he pays way too much for someone else to put it in for him when we could have done it himself. Then he will he saying how he should have just done it himself. Hehehaha!

The boys birthdays are over and we are still buying them presents. Yesterday we had to buy the oldest boy new shoes .. again .. somehow he lost a shoe playing at school. I think we are going to look into getting him a mini trampoline pretty soon as well. He got a taste of one at his friends house and now he has been asking if there is something that he can do to get one of his own. We work with him to show him that if he works hard and smart he will be able to get things that he wants.

Have you ever heard of this? I haven’t as of yet but mortgage life insurance sure sounds interesting. We stopped by a house in our neighborhood that said it was in foreclosure. The realtor that was working on selling the home seemed to know a thing or two about mortgage life insurance. He was explaining that if the couple that owned the home had opted for the insurance they wouldn’t be in foreclosure now. We didn’t even know that kind of life insurance existed. Nice to know though for when we make our first home purchase.

Javi is still little and many things scare him. I’m not surprised that a big dogs bark is one of those things. We went to the little mini mall by the house a few days ago and I wanted to stop by the store for some pet supplies. Well … outside they had a few large dogs in cages and they seemed pretty quite. Except for one. I let Javi walk a little toward the dogs so he could get a better view of them and when that big dog barked at him I thought he was going to jump to my arms. Seeing him react like that was a little funny but more compassion … the little guy gets scared so easy.
