In Debt .. Get Out
Getting out of debt has been a very real priority for us over these past few months. We want to buy a home and this will be our first home. Buying your first home is a real treat and a hassle at the same time. We deal with our debt relief program on a daily basis trying to get out of the hole that we dug for ourselves when we were young and full of in-experience. Taking this debt thing pretty seriously we have drastically reduced our debt to income ratio over the last year or so. Over the past few months we have gone from a credit score of under 500 to over 600. Now it is time to go way back into debt with the purchase of a home.
