What are some of the older methods of building muscle and why did they work so well? I have been looking at the way people worked out in the olden days and the results that they got. I’m not surprised that the results were better back then with working out than they are these days. There are so many different choices for machines and weights and drinks that are made to help improve your workout. Sheesh .. who can keep up with it all? There was some information on prohormones that got me started on this venture to find information on bodybuilding. That and I wanted to start working out for the summer and through the summer this year.
